Our Products include various apparels and clothing lines, including but not limited to designer dresses, sweatshirts, t-shirts and pants. Our Services include various information, blogs, reviews on art and culture. Some of the specific terms with regards to our Products are as follows –

 

i. Colors

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

 

ii. Pricing

 

In the event a Gundi Studios product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information, Gundi Studios shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

 

iii. Payment and Credit Note

 

Gundi Studios shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged within 14 working days from the date of your order placement. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled and not shipped for delivery, Gundi Studios shall issue a credit note/refund the charged amount.   

 

iv. Shipping and Processing Fees

 

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to cover for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss and title for items deliverable to you pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

REFUND POLICY
